Mr. Bunton is the managing member and president of Utility Services Authority, LLC. His vision and industry experience has led USA to become a well-known and highly respected contractor throughout the United States. Brian has been in the utility infrastructure industry for over 25 years and helped pioneer the horizontal directional drilling process. He has a hand in nearly every large project USA completes and his dedication to customer satisfaction and safety make him a true leader for the entire USA team.
Mr. Carpenter has been involved in the utility and infrastructure industry for 27 years and is currently the Vice-President of Operations at Utility Services Authority, LLC. During his career he has performed, supervised, and managed a vast array of trenchless projects utilizing a multitude of means and methods including, but not limited to, directional drilling, pipe bursting, CIPP, slip line, hand tunneling, and auger boring at depths up to 165’ and pipe diameters ranging from 1” to 120”. His work includes the installation of various materials such as PVC, HDPE, DI, CPP, CMP, RCP, PCCP, CIPP, Cast Iron, A/C, and VCP for both gravity and pressure piping.
Mr. Freed has been actively engaged in the potable water, wastewater and gas industries for over 20 years. His credentials include the use of trenchless technologies such as pipe-bursting, horizontal directional drilling, slip-lining, CIPP, etc. Mr. Freed has lent his expertise to writing installation and qualifications specifications, design build projects, consulting, and assessment of pre-design and emergency projects. Currently he holds the membership chair at the Center for Underground Infrastructure Research and Education at Michigan State University and University of Arlington Texas. Also Mr. Freed holds the Specification Chair for the IPBA (International Pipe Bursting Association ) which is a division of NASSCO.
Mr. Freed has given numerous educational presentations to various state and local municipals, along with presentations to organizations such as American Water Works Assoc., American Public Works Assoc., Rural Water Assoc., County Road Associations and MSTT, among others.
